Yes Big Buddy is expanding to meet calls from many parts of New Zealand and to do this we will need Managers and Coordinators based in centres around New Zealand.
It's not going to happen all at once, but it will happen. We have already started with Wellington and North Auckland/Rodney. Other towns in mind are Christchurch, Tauranga, Rotorua, Hamilton, Whangarei, Napier/Gisborne, New Plymouth.
To do this we will need money of course but more importantly we will need men to train as Coordinators in these areas.
Key skills we are looking for are;
Emotional Intelligence, a good level of self awareness, some life experience behind you, good organisational /computer skills and a heart felt call for our work.
The pay is reasonable and we have a strong commitment to keeping our work/life balance sane and human centered.
