Your donation will help make a ‘match’ between a volunteer Big Buddy and a fatherless boy with no male role models in his life. Our committed team finds, screens and trains Big Buddies, then carefully facilitates matches. We stand alongside them all the way, maintaining ongoing relationships with the mentors, the boys and their mothers/caregivers.

We’re a lean, flat organisation that puts all our resources into facilitating and supporting matches, at a cost of around $5000 each. We get a very small amount of Government funding (10%) and raise the rest from charitable organisations and donations like yours. It’s hard yakka at times, but well worth the effort when we see the huge difference a Big Buddy makes to a young boy’s life.
