Big Buddy and Wellington Police joined forces for a night to remember — the launch of NZ Police brand-new Ride Along Crew. Guests gathered for a special screening of Fantastic Four, and while the superheroes lit up the big screen, our community heroes were helping to raise vital funds to support boys growing up without dads.

Fixing Fences and Making Memories with One-To-One Mentoring
When Mark signed up to be a Big Buddy, he never imagined he’d be teaching a boy how to mend fences, lift lambs, and drive an ATV. But through one-to-one youth mentoring, he and 12-year-old Kobi have formed a bond built on trust, laughter, and hands-on adventures—on the farm and beyond. Their story shows how a small act of volunteering can grow into something life changing.
